At Java House, we take pride in our premium blends and artisan roasts; if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags or food items.

Receive Authorization
